You do not need a plat diamonds help. You need to work on basic building and character setup.

Page 1 you need to adjust your yellow runes to health not "MR" Page 3 blues while viable do not help with you early game. They are better off on a jungler than a mid laner. Page 2 I am not sure if this is a top, ADC or both page. I would argue that it is a TOP but then you took flat MR, its not a good ADC page cause it does not have AS quints. It comes off as a O fuck i am doing something that i do not want to do page. You should think about changing one red rune for crit chance for a luck crit.

Your resent oalf game you are building tancity item when you already have it on your boots. You are building parts of items left and right (inefficient). your mastery page used is missing key skills. You went down into the AR in the defense tree but skip taking less from crits (ADCs), You then hybrid a weird 15 15 0. Also you take the jungle masteries in the defense tree when you are in lane(they clearly state that they are not for lane). You try to cheese your way to victory with ignite, in a hope of a kill , which becomes a risk pattern that can screw you.

Who ever you get to help you, have them look into your build and setup patterns. An easy way into sliver is just learning how to build and when.
