Seeking Platinum 3 or above experience

Hello. I am a Season 4 Silver IV graduate.. I have played League of Legends for several years now. I have 2 active accounts, one for competetive play, and one for Sandbox.

Until now, I have always been content with doing things on my own in my own way. I have finally come to realize, that I need help. That I have needed it all along. Though I can win games, I can sense that very much is missing from my approach. Is it champion select? How I use runes and masteries? I am unsure

I can tell you that Enemies are very easy to defeat for a while, until something changes dramatically after such a win streak, then enemies become dramatically more difficult to deal with. It seems my hidden MMR never changes.

I would like to play games with someone who is superior to me, in an environment where I do not have to guess if I am the inferior player.. I hope one day to enter LCS as a competent player, but I have to start somewhere, and stop running around cherry-picking inexperienced players. Currently, I've realized that that is all I am doing. Making life misreable for some newer player who doesn't fully grasp the concepts and scenarios the game offers while at the same time, never making any progress for myself.

So many times, I have sat through loading screens with lolnexus on my browser wondering who is the weakest link on the enemy team. Who I should be focusing. But now I understand that this is wrong. A real pro does not rely on such tools, and does not rely on his enemy being weaker than him. A true warrior always has his full power at the ready, ready to face anything, not just the weakest link.

This is where I am, I want to better shape my mentality and prepare myself for anything, to truly become better than Silver or Gold or Platinum.

To do this, I need your help. I need an exemplar who is willing to allow me to have access to this level of play with them. If there is anyone out there who can understand where I am coming from, I would ask you to please divulge a bit of your time one day towards allowing me the great honor of playing in a skill level higher than my own.

I do not want to teeter on Bronze and Silver for eternity. I want to achieve. It is why i spend so many hours with my face burried in my monitor each year for the past 5 years.

TLDR

I'm tired of sucking. Any solid Platinums or better out there willing to duo-queue with a low mmr for experience? If so, leave a comment below.

EDIT: I'm not asking to be carried or ranked or anything like that. I wouldn't put my burden on your shoulders in such a way as it is very similar to boosting, and boosting in my eyes is unfair to everyone who actually did touch rock bottom and climbed their way legitimately to a high MMR. I simply want to play in a game where ALL players on both sides are at their full potential. In my eyes, this is the only true way benchmarking works. You do not bench mark your computer with an 8 bit cinema movie, you push the limits. This is what I need. This is how to smooth jagged edges, understand faults and weaknesses, and progress.

This way, I can analyze my replay and actually learn something new!
