Starting a ranked team (serious)

Tired of NA yolo queue? Looking to improve? Then think about joining my team :)

Requirements: Curse voice (no exceptions) Be available anywhere from 3pm to 12am EST. We will play at a time that works for everyone Play league everyday Play two to three 5v5 ranked games a day with the team Level-headed, take responsibility for your mistakes, always try to improve, able to take constructive feedback after game and after replay analysis. Be able to play at least 3 champions for your desired role

How to apply: No rank restriction, meaning you can be bronze or silver I don't mind as long as you are doing your best to improve, after all everybody has to start somewhere
