LFG P5 jg/mid/top for serious team

I've previous experience on teams and am looking for a serious team to join. I don't do "we'll play whenever we are all on" because that never lasts and has never worked in all the teams ive tried to join. I'd rather have a scheduled practice than just hope we are all on at the same time, or atleast an estimated time. I can play on meta and off meta champions and I def have an all around understanding of the game and what to do when we are ahead alongside wat to do when we are behind. I have a general understanding of champs and counterplay i can adjust to anything.
