LF or developing ranked team

Would prefer to join one to avoid the hassle of maintaining one, but I'm willing to start one just to get the ball rolling.

Can play all roles, prefer to adc but experienced at all roles. Looking for a team or teammates that are vocal, talkative/social, willing to learn and not toxic by any means while being competitive and having a want to win attitude. Don't tilt with an individual loss or having a bad game/teammates having bad games.

Currently am Gold 5 (practically Gold 4 with LP) [would be higher if I actually played ranked again and solo'd my way up instead of duo, stopped playing because of pre-season], peaked at Gold 1, and am currently Gold 2 in teams with lower elo friends.
