Gold+ Team in Need of Mid Laner
I'm the coach for our communities competitive Gold+ League team for First Nations Gaming. I'm looking for a mid laner. Here are your requirements:
Rank of Gold + Teamspeak 3 Skype (for video review)
Enter your info here:
IGN: Rank: Comfortable Champs: Strengths: Weaknesses:
"First and foremost you must be dedicated. This means showing up for all, or at least a majority of practices. Practices will be at 3pm-6pm Pacific Time (6pm-9pm) Eastern Time. Upon joining the team you MUST show up at least 2 out of the 3 following practices. These will occur in the 3 days after joining.
If you show up 2 of the 3 practices, assuming no other variables take effect, you are on the team. You are expected to show up at least 5 days per week out of the 7 and the times above. The more the better though.
If you have other things going on at those times, then you're not meant for the team. Obviously life comes first, if there are emergencies we can work with that. We do not expect you to put games before life, however if it is consistent, we will find a replacement. If we feel you are not putting in effort, we will talk to you, and if it persists, you will be dropped.
We all understand that rage occurs throughout League. If you rage, keep it to yourself if you can. By no means are you allowed to rage at your teammates. If you direct your anger at your teammates you will receive 1 warning. Anymore and you're off the team. We understand saying something could be taken the wrong way, so we prefer to keep hindsight in the past during games. Review time is when you can look back and criticize. Focus on the now and the future, not what could have been done.
You are not joining this team to go "pro." You are here to improve your ability to work as a team. You are here to improve, nothing more, nothing less. If we happen to go places, then that's bonus, don't expect it.
Practice days will consist of at most 1 hour of review of the previous day's game(s). Following that will be more games which will be recorded for the next day's review and for 1-on-1 coaching."
The above is subject to change but is otherwise expected to be static. By submitting your form you acknowledge to the rules above and still wish to be a part of the team. Please, don't waste my time. If you're not serious, leave. If you're going to be upset about criticism, leave. If you're going to blame teammates for anything, leave. I only want people who are going to take this seriously.
Your Furry Coach,
Ferret
