Looking for Team intent on climbing in Flex

Looking to get a group together to climb through Flex ranked with. The main intent of this group would be to climb to gold, so those interested should be of high-bronze to silver elo from the past several seasons. This is not for ranked teams, so the group can contain 5 OR MORE people who play with each other on any given basis.

Requirements: -Level 7 Mastery in at least one champion, if only one champion they must be from your main role. -Good attitude and intent on teamwork -Ability to communicate through voice chatting via Discord (You MUST speak)

Preferences: -The more Level 7 and 6 Masteries in your main role the better -Available 8 P.M. - 12 A.M. EST on most weekdays -Ability to play different types of champs in each role (I.E. Early vs. Late Game Champs, Team Fight vs. Dueling Champs, Tank vs. Mage Support)

Goals: -Gold Rank or higher by S8 -To develop a set of strategies and team comps to employ -To make friendships and potential duo partners -To experiment with other people on finding new ways to win games (Interesting compositions, Strangely effective off-meta picks, etc.)
