Looking for a top for ranked team (shooting for plat minimum before the season end)

We are looking for a top for a ranked team. Please be at a minimum 18 years old (He is 25, I am 27 and we both have careers and I have a family), we are not looking to baby sit. If you get angry and can't take criticism from ANY of the other 4 team members when it is given, don't waste you time messaging me. Also, synergy doesn't just happen with the first game. So we will practice together a few games before we go to placements so we get used to each others play styles. We are very devoted to ranking up as quickly as possible. Please have Skype.
