Ex-NACS Coach Looking for High elo teams to work with!

Good Evening, My name is Jawjak and I am looking for teams that are needing a coach. I have been coaching for over 4 years now and I don't plan to stop anytime soon. I use to coach a couple NACS teams in the past and I would like to go back into the spotlight once more.

What I can offer for you and your team is: *Strong Leadership skills.

*Strong Pick/Ban phase.

*Theory Crafting (Which is my favorite thing to do )

*Highly Motivated. (No one wants a leader to be boring)

*Analytical side of in-game micro/macro play of the teams.

Theory crafting is my favorite for one particular reason. It allows the team to get their points of view across and shows how much the players really know about the game. And it can take the best of what we have and use it on the Rift. I am also one of those coaches who cheers people on and gives players that extra boost of pride and allows them to be more motivated. Even after a loss, I still will be motivated enough to help out as much as possible. Cause people know that the mentality of the team is pretty much the single most important thing if you want to progress as a team.
