Consistent Gold Player LFT

Looking for a team with consistency. I've been a part of numerous teams over the past few seasons and none seem to work out because players don't show up to practice or aren't serious about playing. I'm hoping to change this by making new friends and climbing the teams ladder instead of solo queue. I'm a consistent Gold player that can play all roles but am best in a farm lane.
