What does it take to get a consistent team

I've been looking for a team to do weekend tournaments but no one wants to play at all and if they do they dont show up or some other nonsense. How does someone get a good consistent team?

join community discords and try to host tryouts, when you host tryouts you tend to get more players that are willing to sacrifice time for the game rather than asking players to play with you.

as someone who used to coach challenger teams, money. Literally it. If you can afford to send players to bootcamps (like Tyler "SN Combzz" has done with SuperNova) then it will be a more consistent roster and coaching staff, otherwise you will not have a consistent roster every tournament.
