Are you in 'ELO hell' ? Lets team up.

I've been stuck jumping around from B5-B2 for almost two years. Its exceedingly depressing and I can't take it anymore. I was stupid and immediately started doing ranked when I first hit lvl 30 over a year ago (when I literally was a noob and bad player, but I clearly no longer am), and destroyed my chances of climbing out in solo baring some god gifted luck. I've invested way too much money into this account (possibly over $600 at this point) and time to just make a new account. As it stands, I'm gaining about 15-18 LP per win, and losing about 19-23 LP per loss. I've been up for promotion back into B2 twice in the past week and failed both times due to feeders. Now, I'm demoted into B4 all the way from almost being B2 because of a shitty losing streak. I apparently have an MMR rating of around 900 at this point. But my 'normal' games MMR is around 1500. If you feel like you're in the same boat, let me know if you want to start a team. Maybe people who feel screwed like me really are bad players. But one thing is for sure, you will never have to deal with toxic players, feeders or afk'ers in a premade, voice communicating team. If you really are bad, you'll find out for sure this way.

I have a very unfortunate schedule because of my late second-shift job and these are the hours I can play: Monday-Thursday: 4am to 6am EDT Friday: 11pm(fri) to 6am(sat) EDT Saturday/Sunday: 3pm to 6am EDT

I am efficient in all roles, and prefer to have team mates who are the same. The first four people to contact me will be accepted and we can play some normals to get a feel for each other and decide who would preform best in what role ex. Please have a mic and curse voice, and please have at least a year experience with the game. If we preform well together in our mock games and you prove yourself to be a serious player (not a troll or noob), you can expect a free gift from me.
