I am ranking this account up but since i've hit the plat mmr range, i'm starting to go against bot lane duos that are well coordinated with random autofilled players that are tilted, and i'm starting to lose games,

hoping to fix that

Whats your main?

Solo Q AD is tough.

But it's easy if you treat bot as 1 v 2 worst case scenario. All you have to do is be annoying and not die while keeping up with farm.
