Looking for Consistent and Serious Team

I'm a Gold player. Currently in Gold 5, peaked at Gold 2 this season. Was Gold 3 last season. I play and participate in daily tournaments regularly and am looking for a serious or semi-serious fives team. I'm looking for a team that's consistently online and playing on a regular basis. Every time I've joined or made a team, it's not long before someone doesn't show up and we're either looking to replace or disband the team - then back to square one. If you're interested in me as a player, feel free to let us try each other out.
