Looking for a SERIOUS Ranked 5s Team

I play mid and adc extremely well this season, but I have a little more experience with mid. I am looking for a devoted ranked team that actually practices during the week, doesn't flame each other, does tournaments, and are all looking to improve themselves as players. I would pref a team with at least plat players. If you have any questions feel free to talk to me on here, and then from there you can decide whether or not you want to add me in game. Or if you are already interested, my in game name is Its SpongeBob. Thanks for reading!
