Objective-Oriented Player (3-4+ KDA, no feeding) LF Duo Partner Silver/Gold

Looking for a good duo partner. I'm currently Silver I and I main adc/mid, but can play any role competently. I focus objectives, I don't feed, and I never quit in ranked. I would prefer somebody who mains jungle, top, or support to avoid conflicting roles. Feel free to look me up on op.gg. Even when I'm having a bad streak of losses (like right now), I still put up respectable numbers and am more than capable of carrying games (as can be seen by the ones I win). Just need another person on my team that I can rely on to help focus objectives, be consistent in lane, and not feed.

I'm located closer to the East Coast and go off EST. I work full time Mon-Fri, but can usually play nights and weekends. I have a Ventrilo server that can be used for voice communication, but I'm open to using another program or service. However, voice communication is a requirement.

Add me in game and we can talk. If I think it might be a good fit, we can try some draft games and then give ranked a shot if things work out. Just to be clear, I am not looking for a partner that I have to carry every game. I want somebody who is going to pull their own weight so that we can quickly and efficiently climb in ranking.
