Mid Main LF Gold 2 - Plat 4 duo partner

Okay, where do I start. In game I am plat 5, but my solo queue rank is Gold 4. Now allow me to explain myself; I was platinum 3 last season when my computer went to hell and my internet was messed up. I was getting 400-500 ping every game. So I kept trying to play ranked but it was very difficult. Throughout this ordeal I ALSO got permabanned, leaving me to this new account. I originally dicked around in Silver 5 and literally trolled incredibly hard, because I was done with this game at that point with all the lag. Then I said "fuck it", and even through the lag I got back to gold playing BLITZCRANK JUNGLE and TRISTANA AP MID :-). I stopped playing ranked up until now because of lag bursts.

Now for the exciting part: I got my shit replaced! My internet now costs double as much, however I play on 95 ping flat, with 0 discrepencies, on the east coast. I'm a very smart player, very mechanically skilled, and would like to not only return to plat, but actually get to low diamond this season (that is very serious). I have really learned alot through playing league, and now that everything is fixed and ready to go I would like to advance to the highest tier of game play.

I have competitive experience, i've won tournaments at VMMO, DF, and VG. I am on a platinum 3's team so it will show up that I am plat in game (but do not worry young friends, I am still gold 4 in game). My MMR is roughly 80 below what it should be so I do need to duo with someone above my MMR, but do not fret, for I can handle every elo up to like Dia 3 (from tournament experience atleast).

The only possible issue that could arise is getting mid, but I could always say I was plat 3 last season and hopefully that will be enough to persuade anyone to go to another role.

I am no longer toxic in game, especially over voice comm., and I assure you that I will not disappoint :-).
