Silver Jungler/top LF 5s team

Hey guys! I'm a Silver 5-Silver 4 (Placement into S4, almost hit S3, hit a massive losing streak and dropped into S5, been going in and out of promos since) jungle main/top second looking for a 5's team. I do best with team communication, since I don't normally play carries. I specialize in lane pressure, initiation, and tanks. I would love to join up. I'm high casual/low serious in play - but only because I have a 2 year old and my amazing girlfriend, so my time is necessarily split (and, you know, other hobbies and such).
