We are hoping to go for about 2 weeks to get a large number of applications going. This is not a one day process, that we know for sure.

It all depends. We aren't expecting anything in the near future, but we do not want to postpone this at all. We do want to get this started ASAP, but we want to allot enough time to get a large sample of players to apply. Sometimes it is hard to find 5 team members that seem to work and flow well together, so we want to take our time to make sure we do it correctly the first time.

Yes. We are a new gaming community, unlike others such as zealot gaming, we do not have a large player base. We would be attempting and setting ourselves up for failure if we were to put together a team in less than a week. We understand that this amount of wait is annoying, but we are doing our best to make sure that what we are doing is correct. We do not want to start our community with a failure right off the bat. We want the perfect balance of rightness.
