Looking to start a ranked team/flex team (Bronze/Silver)

I made a post a few days ago mostly looking for friends, and boy did I find quite a few, but none of them seemed to be remotely close to my elo.

So right now! Looking for teammates committed to climbing the latter to Gold by the end of the Summer! I'm mostly looking for people on the Eastern Standard Timezone, who are free at least 2 nights a week, and main/secondary complimentary roles! I plan on actually having discussions on teamwork and putting forth an effort to refine our own personal teamcomps and strategies! Something I've noticed from a lot of people that get together is that they barely care for team-strategies, which are actually very important in the long run in ranked.

I am looking for Top, Mid, and Support mains. Along with that I'm looking for good shotcallers, people that are good-mannered and promote teamwork within the team, and an ADC and a Support that get along and come up with their own duo style. The more focused you seem the better :3 I will not deal with people who use bully-like tactics to get ahead (Flamers, namecallers, etc.), I also will not deal with greedy people that insist on taking every kill they come across, nor will I deal with people who have any habits that end up putting their teams behind (looking at you, filthy one tricks lol).

We will be using my Discord server, I will be online every day at 6:30 PM EST to run games and talk shop with the team, take down times for people and try and get things running smoothly.
