Bronze3 support looking for a bronze 4 + ADC

Hi im Aon. I recently decided to main support. Im currently bronze 3 and i peaked at s4 100LP season 6.

Im looking for an adc that is dedicated to improve (no i always get stupid teams retard mentality ).

My current champs are soraka lulu and etc...
