_What can I offer to your team? Well I can offer many things to your organization and team. I have drills to improve the teams performance vocally and mechanically. I do reviews with recent matches whether it be pro matches or their matches. Go over strategies and comps in our champion pools and with the current meta to make sure we can have the most success.
_What is your future goals as a coach? My future goals is to go into the eSports scene. I may not be the best mechanically player out there, but my in-game knowledge is very high and I have a very good background that will allow you to see that I have a lot of experience as a coach.
_Why should we pick you? Picking me as your main coach, I can make sure the players are ready to take the challenge. I can deal with people being on tilt, people that are having a hard time facing something in their life and people that need help with whatever they need in-game. A coach for a team shouldn't just be a coach for them to help them with their game. A coach is there to make sure that they have the right mindset and motivation to come into the game and be confident. I make sure that they are inspired or ready to get into a match with their head held high. Whether it be a loss or a win, we can overcome it and move on with determination.
Qualifications I have worked with 2 challenger teams. Lagg Esports (1-2months) VwS Gaming (5 months) Also coached 3 diamond 1 teams for Final 5(3-5months) Watch Lcs for Na and Eu, including Lck to keep up with the pros and the current meta Very Vocal Strong Leadership Able to use most programs to report (Microsoft, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
The teamspeak channel I am often on is: 76.74.238.52:11037 And I am usually in the Duck Hangout Room. You can meet me there or contact me here on the forums. Once again, I ask you not to add me as a friend. Thank you!
