Challenger Coach, Looking for an Analyst to be partners with.

I am looking for someone who has a lot of experience as an analyst. I just want someone I can rely on when I go to a team and I can depend on the analyst to do his/her work. Little bit about me and my coaching experience. I have been coaching for over 3 years now. I have worked with challenger teams before and one got it into the NACS. We lost unfortunately but I have the knowledge now to win a Challenger series either for spring or summer.

With that being said, I have drills that a lot of coaches don't normally do. But it helps the players improve with their decision making and make it almost like a muscle memory. I do have a Korean coaching mentality, so very fast paced and capitalize on mistakes is a huge thing for me.

Here are the skills that I would like to see as my analyst:

*Knowledge of the LCS, both NA and EU. Including the LCK and LPL.

*Knowledge about the Meta and different strategies on summoners rift.

*Able to write out your point of view of the team and what can be improved on.

*Basic skills in computer programs (Microsoft Word and Excel)

*Communication Skills to me and the teammates.

*Past experience as an Analyst.

These are the skills that make a good analyst. Your Elo, I would prefer your Elo be high. I'm only Plat but I put 95% of my time coaching. Elo would help as well but its not a your out if your at a questionable elo.
