Silver player Looking for SERIOUS duo.

I am currently silver 3, peaked at silver 1, 100 LP. I'm currently looking for a Serious duo queue partner!

I main wukong top, but am willing to fill if necessary, thought i rarely have too as i can play wukong in 3 out of the 5 roles :D. i'm looking for someone who is serious as i am about climbing. You need to not too dumb shit too often, c'mon, be smart lol. I've been around sense season 3 and have played with people well above my skill level, so i'm smarter than my rank says i am

Its a vicious flaw that riot has yet to fix. League of legends is supposed to be a team game, yet there is a solo queue option. the vary nature of queuing up alone counters the logic behind a team game >_<. matching up with complete idiots like riot expects us to carry them. I need someone who can help me carry, and and stop the enemy before they get too big. if another lane starts to get a lead, we must go over there asap and shut their ass down.

I'm looking for someone in high silver or low gold to queue with. hopefully with some form of voice communication as well :). i plan on hitting gold before the 11th. Maybe together, we'll overcome the trolls that rampage throughout silver league
