LFP - Support main needs ADC that plays aggressive at appropriate times

Season 5 Silver 3, highest was silver 2 last season. I played support, jungle, and fill pretty much.

This season i have an opportunity to main a role without fighting too much. I am finding it to be an unpleasant experience with the mixed bag of ADC's in low elo. I try to learn my adc's style, but these guys are inconstant. They arent passive all the time, and they arent aggressive all the time. They go aggresive after i get all inned and killed, and they play passive when i go in and nearly 1 shot the enemy carry. I cant make heads or tales of these guys and my duo has been really busy with college, and my other duo has been...well i have no idea where hes been he just hasnt been around, lol

so im looking to find somone around silver elo (or has an account) that i can find synergy with.

Please have an attitude for climbing, relatively rage free, and know how to communicate respectfully like a big boy/girl.

I play a lot of things, and some of them arent meta approved so to speak, but i can make them work really well if my carry knows how to right click.
