[No Tryouts Required] Dia+ Ranked Team

Hello guys, i'm Permafrozt/ King Spork.

I am going to be creating a ranked team with the free agents we have available right now. I will not be trying anybody out the traditional way, through games. Here is how it is going to work:

1. I will individually analyze you based on what you posted in this thread, your champion pool, your consistency, etc.
2. I will establish a schedule on google excel that every player must fill out. Any disruptions in your schedule should be handled with me beforehand.
3. We will go into my ranked team once the roster is complete and players decided.
4. If I notice a distinct lack of performance over multiple games, significant toxicity, or lack of ability to show up to practices/ follow the aforementioned schedule, you either be kicked from the team or subbed out with a warning. If the latter, you will be able to redeem your position if I decide you have made the adequate changes.

Here are the goals I have planned for this ranked team: -Reach Diamond+ in both 5's and 3's (primarily 5's) -Tournaments -Establish a coach/ analyst (will not do this until we are an established team) -Establish a shotcaller (likely the jungler or the support)
