LFM Season 6 Dynamic Queue Team (Gold-Plat)

Currently looking for a team to practice with in Dynamic Queue and play together when the season kicks off for an easy 10/10 win provisional.

Requirements:

• Must be online during the day Season 6 kicks off (Wednesday, January 20th, 2016) and be available for at least 5 games.
• Note: We will try to play all 10 games, with short breaks in-between, but we will have more than 5 people available to play the games in case someone has to leave or we need to let someone go due to toxicity or tilt.
• Hopefully we can get toxic or prone-to-tilting players out of the Dynamic Queue team before January 20th.
• Must not be toxic or easily tilted.
• Passive-aggressive behavior will not be tolerated either.
• Please state what you have to say in a calm and productive manner. "Hey could you ward that bush next time?" vs "Why the fuck wasn't that bush warded dude? Holy fuck..."
• Do not tilt after one loss or one bad game. You win some, you lose some, and everybody has bad games from time to time. The less likely you are to be tilted, the easier it is to climb.
• Must be able to play one role exceptionally well, and be able to cooperate champion picks with the team instead of picking what you want to play.
• Sidenote: It is okay to main a champion and play that champion most of the time, but picking Rengar into a Nautilus, Udyr, and Shen is never a good idea, or picking Graves jungle when we have a squishy top and support.
• Do not pick a champion just because they're "op" and weren't banned. Just because they're a strong pick doesn't mean they don't require skill.
• Make sure you can play what's in the meta. Zilean and Teemo mains, I'm looking at you.
• Must be able to listen to the shotcaller(s) and follow up as quickly as possible.
• If you hear dragon is respawning in 1 minute and you're low on health, recall as soon as possible. Don't recall 20 seconds before dragon is about to spawn.
• Mid/Jungle and Bot/Support communication is crucial to the team's success.
• Botlane should be communicating constantly.
• Mid and Jungle should be coordinating ganks and objectives.
• Mid and Jungle are ultimately the team leaders/shot callers. If they both call something, follow it.
• Must have a working mic and voice chat.
• Curse Voice and Skype is required. We will decide which to use when we play.
• Must be able to take criticism well.
• It is okay to point out a players mistake as long as you do it in a productive manner.
• "When you go up to farm, make sure you're not lining yourself up with Lucian so he can't harass you." vs "Stop getting harassed man what the fuck." "Play a bit more passive, just hug your tower and get whatever farm you can." vs "Stop dying dude."
• Make sure not to be too much of a critic until after the game, as criticizing a player during a game can easily lead to a tilt.
• Make sure you understand that if someone criticizes you, they are doing it to help you improve and not mad at you.
