Silver III+ Casual Ranked Team

I'm currently looking to create a team of players ranked AT LEAST silver III. Other than that ranked requirement, there's not much more that I would require. Also, please have Skype. You should DEFINITELY look at the section where I describe times we can play before making any decisions.

Times: This may be a bit awkward. I can play only on Fridays at approximately 4:00 PM, and weekends from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. (Eastern Time) There may definitely be some wiggle room here especially on Saturdays.

What you must be willing to deal with: A 61% winrate DingDong main (me). We're not trying to be pros. We're silver scrubs and we know it, so this is a pretty casual team.
