I have a lot of things i need to work on, and i just found lolreplay. I am going to begin recording my matches to review them and hopefully find my mistakes to correct them. i am looking for an experienced play with patience and a few moments to review game footage and tell me what i did wrong, what i did right but need to to more of, and where i should focus my training.

I started playing season 4 towards the end and i have improved greatly since then. I can still remember being afraid of pvp and not feeling like i was ready until i could beat intermediate bots. now i can go attack speed braum and wreck bots for funzies when ive had too many glasses of sake :P Im not looking to go pro, but i really would like to earn my gold border, i dont want carried to gold or plat, i am looking for someone to help me improve so i can climb it on my own.

reply here or message me in game, ill be on most week nights and starting the recording this evening as i try yet again to get to the next rung on the bronze ladder. ranked b5 start of season, made b4 last week, hope to get 3 this week.

I could certainly use some help there. I have a gentleman that is going to help me with mid this evening for a couple hours, but anytime after that or another evening in the future i would be very grateful for any help you can give me.

First tip: Try narrowing down one or two roles you really like to play, though make sure you're capable of playing at least one more if the need arises. Currently your match history seems to show that you prefer support, jungle, and mid, with a bit of top and ADC on the side. Find what fits you best, and play it as often as you can secure that role.

For instance, since roughly the middle of last season I've settled into playing mainly support Janna, though I'm capable of playing Braum, Thresh, and Nami if needed. I can also play mid and jungle well enough to carry at least my own weight. But every chance I get, I'll play Janna support and work on the mechanics and strategies that I know I'm not very good at, such as warding. I've been working hard on placing more wards lately, and it's paying off.

Ive been trying to do that as best i can, thats why i end up playing a lot of jungle. I state jungle main in the start of champ select, whether i really am or not doesnt matter, im just trying to focus my play like you said. it works most of the time, but when it doesnt i end up mid or support the majority of the time.

In that case, begin narrowing down which champions best fit your playstyle and gameplay goals. Do you want to do damage? Have loads of CC? Be an unstoppable brick wall? Scare the living daylights out of your enemies?

What is your idea of how a jungler is supposed to play when it comes to ganking and, later on, teamfights?

So more than likely you'd prefer to be tanky, high-impact jungler, able to lock down targets for others to kill. You seem to be enjoying Jarvan quite a bit, but have you considered the likes of Amumu, Zac, Sion, Nautilus, and Hecarim? All of them are great for initiating, and most offer excellent gank potential in the right situations.

I have played amumu in the past with lack luster results, i suppose i could give him another try. Not sure about nautilus, but sion sounds interesting. I dont have zac but id give him a shot.

I was told by FHMarshy to stick to meta champs to get out of bronze because they are strong right now for a reason and should be picking champs that are inherently good right now, so im not sure if zac and naut are on that list. By the same token i was considering nasus :P

I've played Sion jungle exactly twice recently. And dominated both times. He's a massive threat, and can't be ignored in a teamfight. His ganks pre-6 are heavily reliant on the enemy being overextended, but once you get his ult, there's hardly anything they can do to stop you. Wards in the river mean nothing when you just come barreling up the lane and crash into them.

If you're still enjoying Jarvan, though, then by all means keep playing him. He currently defines the jungle meta, along with Lee Sin and Vi. At least one of those 3 is in almost every single game I play recently.

I never say I'm a great player, but I can help you with champions builds, situational items and what to call and what times. I was Platy season 4 (On my main account, "plasmetic"), so I at least know something :)

I can't tell you how to get from like Bronze to Diamond as 1 I haven't made it to Diamond myself and 2 there's no real way other than champion mastery and such, but I can always give tips.

Add me ingame SOM3ZOMB and Plasmetic, those are my two accounts.

FHMarshy worked with me a little bit last night a gave me a couple tips that should help me out. We had a lot of fun duo'ing a couple games with one of his silver smurfs so he could see me in action and give me some advice live. lol replay didnt work...it recorded then told me it was in an old format and couldnt be played and failed to upload to the website if anyone has any recommendations on recording for review later please advise, i am going to test out the recording feature on op.gg and see if that works out.

ALL advice, criticism, and help figuring out how to get my ass out of bronze and on my way to gold is still welcome. Thank you for the comments keep them comming!*
