Serious Plat + Team looking for try outs

I want to start a competitive team to gain ranks with team member to further each other in league solo queue and ranked 5's. I am looking for serious teammates willing to practice and encourage each other to do better. I want players to help each other and enter tournaments ! Winning and having a good attitude about the game. If anyone wants to try out for the team or be coach/management just pm me in game if you have any questions !
