In the making of a Mature Serious Ranked Team: Read Info ! Need Members/Staff. (Sponsored)

Hello Summoners, Peace here. I've been looking at ranked teams recently and I've noticed something off about most of them. They lack structure or simply lack the maturity of the players. This Ranked team is different than normal. Usually you tryout for a team and play daily. Then maybe get some critism here and there and then go on with your life. This is more of an Elite Ranked team. Meaning more critism and more rules. Reason being cause some teams lack this and they are short of a perfect team. I've watched Korean coaches use this method and it turns their players into this amazing, perfectly coordinated team. Below I will give rules, what I can offer, and of course the application for you to fill out.

Notice: If you add me I will not accept until I reviewed your Resume. If I like you I will add you and give you the timing of your tryout.

DIAMOND + ENTRYS ONLY

Rules:

1. Be on time for practice. I understand you may have plans and we will make room for subs if this happens. If you miss too much practice you are out. (I will make the times for practice once I get everyones availability.)

2. Be Mature and accept Critism. I will find a Coach to input this kind of coaching I am looking for.

3. If you do become a part of this team. You must be dedicated. I am planning on a long term team. The longer you stay, the bigger the reward.

4. This is a Serious ranked team so I am looking for Diamond+ players. If you have experience with teams in Diamond and have a lower Solo-Q ranking I will consider it.

5. Do not Rage at one another or the Staff members. I will pick the members bases upon an interview and see how smart they are. (Coaches/Analysts/Co-Manager)

6. 18+ Only. I'm looking for Mature players. Looking for people who can take care of themselves not rely on someone.
