Starting a ranked bronze team

Starting a bronze team for those who are in low elo but would still like to play as a team instead of yolo que. qualifications:

1. curse voice
2. play times are tbd but will most likely be late at night so you need to be available ex. (8-12)
3. no ragers you may offer advice to others or point out mistakes but no rage
4. you must be able to handle criticism from your teammates knowing that they just want you to get better
5. must be willing to work with the team employing and talking about strategies instead of us just getting into champ select and acting like this is yolo que. try outs:
6. I will most likely mid/be the shot caller for the team unless someone really impresses me in tryouts in which case i will switch over to adc all other positions are open (you can still try out for mid just know your going to have to be super good to impress me enough to switch over to adc)
7. post your ign and position preferred
8. I will add you in game and we will play a game or two to see how you perform before making a decision
9. multiple people can be tried out for a position but once a decision is made that person is a permanent member
