League of Coaching > Recruiting
Hello. I'm an analyst/coach that's worked with 2 different master-level teams as an analyst. I want to form a group, whether it be a small, select group of people, or a larger community is open to how many people are interested, that enjoys learning and teaching the game. The group will be ran like this.
Selection Process: You will be given a replay to analyze and come up with notes. The quality (not quantity) of your notes will determine your eligibility. Those within the group may have their games reviewed by others in the group in order to improve their own play. Activities, games, and projects will be held in order to increase game knowledge and do more with the group.
Why is there a selection process? This is open to people of ALL ranks. This is not about your in game skill, this is about how much you know and what information you can obtain through analyzing a game. Did you know, when SKT won their first world championship, their coach was Gold 3? Yet he coached the biggest team name in esports. This will help us pick from people who just want free analysis from those who are determined to learn and provide something for the group rather than leech from it.
Do we have to review others' replays? Of course not, this is not a job. Since there is no pay, there is no required work. This is just for people who take learning the game seriously and would like to improve and help others improve as well. We will devise a point system as an incentive for analyzing, but by no means will ever be required. I understand people have lives, as do I. A full time college student and I work, so I feel the struggle.
My main goal is to get a group of people that are fun and easy-going, while also working towards a progressive goal. Creativity and enthusiasm is welcome. I have bigger goals for this group, but those can be discussed later. If you would like to try it out, hit me up in game and let me know. I look forward to hearing from you creative people.
