Looking for 3v3 Twisted Treeline team. Offering Skin Rewards upon reaching Gold.

Alright so I' m sick of random luck in solo Q. I want a team, hopefully one with teamspeak/curse. I want to find players that want to make it to gold.

However I haven't had much luck in the past recruiting, so perhaps an incentive is in order? If I get to gold I'll buy a skin for team members, it can be literally any skin that I'm able to gift you or get to your account.
