Looking for a Duo Q partner

I main supports, preferably tanky ones. At the moment im only in silver league, but yall know how it is, most of the people in this league shouldnt even be playing ranked. Id say my skill level is that of high gold, low platinum at the moment. I would like someone i can always play ranked with, preferably and ADC as i would want to skype with you so we can better communicate.
