LFM - Organizers, Team Leaders, Web Designers, Social Workers

Heres my problem. I have ONE friend that hasn't quit league, and one friend thats too busy to play much if at all. So how to i find others? The forums? Sure you find someone to play with once now and again, and then have to make another post. Its inefficient and not a workable solution. If Riot is going to be stupid then the onus is on us to be smart.

I am looking for Organizers, Team Leaders, Web Designers, Social Workers to help me get a site / app / community together so people can log in and rope a team of any number together. But not just a friend finder.

I want various coaches, people with social skills that can match people with compatible players, i want a living breathing network so at any moment you can set your account to Ready, and have jungle, support, adc, mid, top mains put in a teamspeak or discord with you and head out to ranked. I want rooms where you can ask questions and get answers, and a place where you can find other league addicts (functional addicts preferred)

I need help though. I cant do this alone, i dont have the charisma. But its what league needs. If its a play with friends system, then we have to have a way to find friends right? I dont need to be the founder of anything, hell id be perfectly happy if you came here, stole the whole thing from me, reposted and got support and made a website and charged me to get in!!!! I just feel like we need it.
