Trying to find a REAL team

New teams are constantly popping up and people dropping and adding constantly. I want a team that will fair out the early issues of building a team and last long enough to be able to work together. I am looking for players who understand simple concepts like zoning, power stances, map presences, freezing lanes etc. I don't care if you are S5 or Diamond whatever. You will need to have time to practice regularly, Skype, and an open mind. If you are interested please reply with your profile name you wish to join the team, the desired position, and up to 5 champs you main in that position.
