Recruiting Subs for Competitive Rank 5s Team

Currently looking for solo lane and jungle sub players. Not doing tryouts, if you're a problem or not what we're looking for, you'll just be removed; I'm not doing tryouts, I'm just basically adding people to the team and anyone that gives me a reason to cut them I'm cutting hence the reason for looking for subs. If interested, just let me know and I'll add you to the team. If the team happens to get placed, this solves some issues in terms of waiting for invites.

Looking for players for those roles that:

Have curse/teamspeak
Aren't toxic
Are friendly and aren't difficult to get along with (I'm a believer in synergy and friendships contributing to communication. If you know how a friend thinks you already know the situation.)
Can listen to shotcalls and communicate
Play consistently with a competitive and learning attitude
Can fit a schedule and make sure the team is on the same page for the following day
