Looking to do norms/find a club for that

Being someone who has dabbled extensively with off-meta things (karthus, heimerdonger, midlane tahm kench, and TF during his "down period" being a few of my m7's), I've been wanting for a while to try out things like midlane varus/velkoz/lissandra (the former being something I used to be ridiculously good at). Because of the way solo-queue is at my rank, I'm often running into constant trolls/feeders which have been limiting my ability to fully try out said characters before 20mins and one team inevitably ff's.

Looking for a few people who'd be into doing some norms, and/or some sort of ds that could just allow me to get a party together.
