Looking for a team

OK, ive played over 100 games of ranked post season reset and cannot get back to silver 4...was silver 4 last season (almost 3) and won 6/10 placement matches and was placed in bronze 4. Went from bronze 4 to bronze 2 in 1 day, then went back to bronze 4, then back to bronze 2 and now im bouncing back and forth between b4 and b5...looking for other players in similar circumstances to get back to silver
