Stuck in Bronze 2

I was playing a normal game with my friend who is currently in plat and there were some plat players on the other team too. We ended up losing the game but people on the other team were saying that I did a pretty good job so I was wondering how to escape my bronze elo and get into a better division. I end up always getting a troll pick on our team like zac mid and singed support or a ryze support that doesn't buy a support item for gold.

play a carry role and carry every game. be super selfish, knowing only you can carry yourself out of bronze and LEAD your team with pings n such to go after objectives n such ;)

practice play other bronze lvls and beat them, go up the ranks.
