Silver to Gold jungler looking for team

I'm in Central time zone, my playing time can be flexible. Currently I generally play from about 7pm-4 am. I'm 19. I have Skype and teamspeak(Though I don't really like the latter) and I can download CV. I absolutely do NOT rage, and I don't do well with receiving it, either. I don't go on tilt, I don't think. The biggest problem is I like to take a 5 minute smoke break after every other game. I've also never played on a team before.

I also know how to play, but aren't the best on, are: -Elise -Kha'zix -Nocturne -Shaco -Rammus I'm working towards adding Rengar into my top 5, but currently it's just not good. I'll also look to add champions the team sees fit.

I'm not very good at calling strategies, but I am good at calling objectives.
