Team Recruitment low-ish ELO {DVSq}

Hello to all random Summoners who stumbled upon or miss-clicked here, as well as to you potential applicants. I am CrimsonBlight, or as you may come to know me, Wilson and I am the proud manager of the ranked team Deadly Viper Squad {DVSq}. Although, this is a time where I must be frank. Our organization has fallen into disarray and subsequently is reduced to a team of one with several current prospects. So I turn to you, all those who may wish to find a home in our ranks. Though the invitation is NOT a free one. We do have standards after all.

(IF YOU DO NOT MEET ALL OF THE STANDARDS LISTED BELOW, CONTINUE READING, YOU ARE NOT PROHIBITED FROM THE APPLICATION PROSPECTS, I PERSONALLY VALUE EVERY POTENTIAL CANDIDATE.)

To anyone who would like to apply, here is a list of requirements:

1. Must be ranked Silver V and higher
2. Must have access to Skype or Curse voice chat (other applications such as teamspeak may be accepted.)
3. Must have NO record of toxicity
4. Must work well with others and show an ability to work well with others.
5. Must play consistently
6. Must be willing to adapt to the needs of the team
7. Must be willing to make friends with the team members and promote good relations
8. Must be willing to practice and improve as an individual player
9. Must have the ability to follow instruction
10. Have fun and represent a team that is dedicated to its members and improving the best online game around.

Concerning the above stated stipulations, there are a few side notes in case you do not meet them all.

• If you are Bronze ELO, fear not! Apply anyway and I can help you in ranked to hit Silver so you may find a spot among us. Though you may not yet be Silver, I can help you if you are willing to be helped and if I see you as valuable to our cause.
• Voice communication is very important, especially if we are to play as a ranked team, so naturally it is a need that we get the coms online. If you do not have Curse or Skype and prefer another application, still apply! I will explore other options like discord if you may use it, or other similar applications to find the one best suited for our needs.
