LFM Creating Silver/Gold Ranked Team

EmberZ Gaming is a friendly league of legends community. The people in this teamspeak are here to help you, not put you down. I'm a co-captain of Magma Gaming part of the EmberZGaming community and was platinum during preseason. I'm thinking of coaching a silver/gold team. I'd be mostly helping the team with drafting, finding mistakes in your play (and in turn help correct them), and finding tournaments.

Strengths: Warding and roaming to mid lane or enemey jungle
Weaknesses: Tunnel vison, sometime get to focused on one thing
Preferred playstyle (ex: engage, peel): Not set on either, pref to play tank or bruisers
Time Zone/Availability:CST, 6-11PM Monday - Friday and most days Saturday and Sunday

Strengths: My biggest strength would probably be map awareness. I do well on not getting caught unless I am a jungler and I don't expect there to be anyone invading. I tend to place wards as best I can. I'm very good at last hitting usually 4/6 - 5/6 of the creeps.
Weaknesses: I play fairly passive unless I am entirely sure of winning a fight. I easily lose moral which I am working on. My positioning has gotten better, but still needs work.
Preferred playstyle (ex: engage, peel): Passive farming in lane, aggressive poking/besieging mid game, and tower pushing/ teamfighting late game.
Time Zone/Availability: PST - Anytime during the day. Mon-Wed AFK for about 2-3 hrs from 430pst-7pst
Shotcaller (Y/N): No
Strengths: Lane Matchups, Top Lane experience, TP plays, mid-late game vision(pinks etc)
Weaknesses: CS consistency, Early game vision, Aggression, Tend to lose sight of map awareness in lane phase

Time Zone/Availability: EST. Early Morning until 2:00PM and again after 10:00PM. All day during 2 days off(fluctuate).
Shotcaller (Y/N): No experience as primary shotcaller. Willing to learn or play a role in it if needed.
Strengths: Strong emphasis on vision control. Plays what the team needs. Willingness to learn. I can take criticism well.
Weaknesses: No shot calling experience. Sometimes will give up position for others resulting in unnecessary deaths. ( I feel like this could be because of the lack of communication in solo queue.).
Preferred playstyle (ex: engage, peel): Champion depends on what the team comp needs. I like to prioritize vision control throughout the game. I also like to have an impact on my lanes early on. Usually by 3 I like to start putting pressure, if it goes well I continue. If not, I try to keep up in farm and look for good opportunities to make an impact on the map.
