Starting up Gaming house in Indiana. Applications are below. Please read all information.

So for a while now, I have been always wanting a gaming house and it's something a lot of you would want as well. A place where gamers live and play under one roof, like the pros. But now it can come true for any gamer like you. I am wanting to get a place where a bunch of gamers can live and live the dream we all been dreaming about. The idea does take some work but if I get enough gamers, it shouldn't be much of a problem. With that being said, living in the house will have rules and regulations. (They can change but these are the current up to date on the rules and regulations). Each Gamer must obey these rules in order to stay under the house. I will follow them as well and pull my weight for the dream.

Rules:

1. No History of Felonies/Stealing. (Just don't want a thief in the house with all these computers/personal stuff)
2. Must work enough for your part of rent and your own food. (If you can stream and get enough from that, that is fine. This is a dream but it does take some work from each individual. I work as well so I will be doing my part.)
3. Drinking will be allowed indoors but smoking must be outside.
4. Clean and neat areas. (I know all of you don't want to smell someone else's filth.) If we get enough money put together, we can hire a maid to cleanup if need be.
5. No one will going into one's area unless given permission by the owner.
6. Be mature and respect one another. Don't cause drama or break stuff. This will only get you kicked out.
7. Accept one another and do not judge a person by their color/religion/sexual preference

Currently I am looking for a place within the Fishers/Pendleton/Anderson region. Once we get enough people, we will decide from there. If you have a really good house/apartment that would work, but is located elsewhere, let me know and we will discuss it. Ranks do not matter. This is a place where every gamer can have that dream. Doesn't have to be just League players. It can consist of any game as long as they pull their own weight. Right now I am just taking applications and getting to know you guys first before we decide on the place. Financial wise for the house, we will discuss as well.
