Looking for Queue Mates

I am just looking to recruit a bunch of people to join my club, the Poro Crusaders. We're made up of somewhat experienced people who know... Most of the basics. In particular, I am looking for low to high bronze players, and unranked players to queue up with me. I myself, am an adc main, and here are the requirements to join:

  1. Must have decent to good internet. That means little to no lag. Maximum ping that I will tolerate is 200 ms. No higher.

  2. Must be level 30.

  3. Silver or above MAY be allowed, however, as I am unranked, and still learning the ropes, I would like it if you joined as a mentor, and in addition, please be as honest as possible when teaching us. We're not looking to be babied into getting better at the game, we want honest, constructive feedback.

I will have a discord server ready for those who want to join, and when we play, PLEASE make sure to hop on Discord, so we can communicate. I will also draw up a logo sometime soon, but please be aware, not only is this a queue-buddy kind of club, but we're also all learning the game together, as a group, as I feel learning as a group is better than learning solo.

Rules:

  1. If you are toxic, I will give you a warning if we queue up together. 3 strikes and you're out. Remember, it's not always our fault if we lose. Sometimes, we have to admit defeat at the hands of a more skilled opponent. That's just part of life.

  2. Please warn us if we're in a game together, if something should go awry, such as a disconnect, or a sudden lag spike, or any number of things, before disconnecting from the game. We'll most likely lose, but at least we will have a good reason to not report you for going AFK.

  3. You may queue up with other members other than me. Just because it's my club, does not mean I will always be available, so if you must, feel free to queue up with someone who is available.

  4. If you're okay with it, I'm thinking of assigning codenames, or giving codenames to each other just as a fun thing.

  5. Have fun.

And that's pretty much it. Thanks for your time. I look forward to having some new recruits, and to learning this... Complicated game with you guys (or girls).
