Looking for Consistent Coordinated Play (Currently in Gold seeking Plat-Silver team)

I'm a Gold 5 ADC main, but I'm fairly consistent at all roles. I personally feel that ADC/Support are my best roles, then followed by Top, then Jungle, and lastly Mid. However, my Mid lane mechanics aren't bad, it's not just 'meta' at all, and I don't have much interest in learning the mid lane meta champs or that playstyle.

All that said, I'm looking for a consistent and active team to play competitive coordinated games with. I've been on my fair share of teams and haven't had much success with the teams working out or maintaining activeness with all members on the team. I'm looking for a team with:

• Positive attitudes
• Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
• Fun personalities
• Consistent level of play (nobody likes having to be carried or having to carry every game)
• Dedication and devotion to climbing the ranked ladder on a more serious level (just not serious to the point where you rage, blame, and make the game/team miserable and create tension.)
• Good sportsmanship (Being able to identify what went wrong within the game itself, realizing it's a team game and admitting your own mistakes. Even if your own mistakes were initially caused and snowballed by a teammate.)
• Raging won't be tolerated
