Starting a Ranked team...bronze through silver..need all but support.

Hello,

I have been trying to find a team for a while now, and I have been looking for a duo also. I have met so really cool people, and a few team, but I have not found that right fit. So I am starting a team....I understand it will be a lot of work, but I love this game, and want to fully enjoy it. I feel a team would help me to do that. I am 41 years old, and very relaxed...easy going, and I do not tilt or freak out. I would rather run with cool people, and not win every game then run with ass hats and win. Synergy can be learned through playing a lot, and respecting each other. I want to put together a team of mature people so I will put an minimum age of 21...that cap is in no way 100%, but more of a guide line. Please fill this out, and I will get back to you. Please do not lose your shit if I don't get back to you quickly. I work almost 50 hours a week, and have a kid. I can play at night though, and Monday and Tuesday those are my days off.
I own a team speak server so we have voice covered. I have not thought of a name yet I figured we could all do that together. Hit me up in game or through here, and lets play some games.
