LF Coach (I am gold 5)

Currently stuck in gold 5 for the past 5 or 6 promos. I lost count with how many times i've been in promos tbh. And after I lost promo i go on tilt and sometimes purposefully lose games by not giving a sht whether win or lose I mean that's what my teammates always feel like in promos.

It seems like I get bad players on my team for all my promo games and the other team is much better. Whether it be having feeders or unskilled it's all ends the same.. with a loss.

I need a coach, pref higher elo than I am. Maybe there is something i can do better. Something anything i could do differently or learn to get out of this rut.

I play all roles. I used to main adc, idk what I main nowadays. Usually i just fill. I have replays of my games via replay.gg
