Starting 5s Team

Do not add me in game, I don't want to have to filter through a ton of adds inside the client. The last thing I need is a majority of people I'll never speak with again cluttering up my friends list once the decisions are made. Additionally, it gets extremely difficult to maintain and keep organized while debating which players to try out and build the team with when I have 8+ chat tabs open at the same time and everyone is awaiting responses, and jumping into queues.

Why do you want to be a part of a 5s team? I am naturally a competitive person. I find playing ranked 5's with a good team is really fun and rewarding, and I want to potentially get back into tournaments. Availability: I normally work weekends but i'm free weeknights.
